The OCTEON Software Development Kit (SDK) provides engineers with a complete set of familiar open source tools and C / C++ programming language for both packet-processing and application layer programming.
The OCTEON SDK includes an optimized GNU tool-chain, C / C++ programming, Linux Operating System, GNU Debugger, Thin Simple Executive dataplane operating system, application examples and a cycle accurate simulator.
