Anthony S. Thornley Joins Cavium Networks Board of Directors

Cavium Networks, a world leader in networking, security and

of Anthony S. Thornley to Cavium Networks Board of Directors.
Mr. Thornley served as President and COO of QUALCOMM Inc.
(Nasdaq: QCOM) from February 2002 to July 2005. During his
11 year tenure at QUALCOMM, Mr. Thornley also served as the
CFO and COO of QUALCOMM. He currently serves on the Board
of Directors of Golf equipment manufacturer Callaway Golf

Prior to joining QUALCOMM, Mr. Thornley was employed at Nortel
Networks for 16 years in various financial and information
systems management positions, including Vice President Finance
and Corporate Controller. Mr. Thornley received his bachelor
of science in Chemistry from the University of Manchester,
England and is a chartered accountant.
